Quality Policy

At Hermanos Alfaro, we have focused on developing a Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety policy with one main goal in mind: to be a well-organised company that designs and manufactures machinery, both in our workshop and on site, equipped with modern resources, with our own product catalogue and recognised for the quality we offer, both in the domestic and international markets. Likewise, we recognise Environmental Management and Risk Prevention within the company as pillars of our commitment to continuous improvement.

To achieve this goal, we have defined a number of strategic lines to follow:

  • Action based on a process of continuous improvement.
  • A clear focus on customer satisfaction, adapting working conditions to their requirements.
  • Continuous monitoring of possible deviations from the production system.
  • Analysis of market needs and implementation of commercial actions both nationally and internationally.
  • Having adequately trained personnel and resources that help to automate production as much as possible.
  • Strict compliance with applicable legal requirements in terms of Quality, Environment and Occupational Risk Prevention.
  • Carrying out activities in optimal safety conditions.
  • Preventing pollution of the environment around us, promoting recycling, reuse and recovery of waste generated.

 

For all these reasons, we have triple certification in accordance with the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001, UNE-EN ISO 14001 and UNE-EN ISO 45001 standards. Likewise, our welding processes are certified, and our welders are certified in accordance with the following ISO standards:

  • Cast iron welding procedure ISO 15609-1
  • Welders certified in ISO 9606-2:2004 131 for aluminium welding and electrode surfacing EN 287-1:111
