We complement our machining activities with our own welding department. Our approved procedures and welders enable us to repair large parts by welding steel, stainless steel and aluminum.

All welded parts can then be machined for complete repair at our facilities or at our customers’ facilities through on-site machining.

In addition to repairing worn or broken parts by welding, we manufacture mechanically welded structures or parts with hardened surfaces from scratch.

We produce prototypes designed by us or by our customers, adapted to the specific needs of each project.

We manufacture parts from drawings and also develop designs using reverse engineering, ensuring precision and functionality.

Mechanically welded structures with precision machining

We create structures that combine precision machining with the construction of their casings or protections, using our in-house machinery for on-site machining.

Cast iron welding in accordance with ISO 15609-1, ensuring the integrity of critical components
Welders certified to ISO 9606-2:2004 131 for aluminium welding, with the ability to perform build-ups with EN 287-1:111 electrodes
