Our company specializes in on site machining applications, a service in which we have a long experience:

1. Machining propeller shafting, goosenecks, rudder holes, blocks and crankcases, casing seats, journals.
2. Fitting rollers.
3. Fitting bearings, large diameter pulleys.
4. Fitting azimuth drive seats (VOITH, SCHOTTEL, LIPS), all checked and verified with a high precision optical aligner.

SOME WORKS PERFORMED:

“C/609” TUG
Machined on site 4,000 mm diameter seat for Voith Schneider vertical propeller system. C.N. Santodomingo – Vigo – October ’95.

“TENEO” CABLESHIP
Machined on site and fitting bow rollers. These have a diameter of 3,000 mm. Work carried out at the Hijos de J. Barreras Shipyard in Vigo.

METAL CONSTRUCTIONS
Machined on site tank flanges for chemical plants that had been distorted with welding, leaving them perfectly engineered and with measurements according to the technical drawing.
